Your data and your clients' data is yours
When we access a marketing platform, store, or system to deliver a project, we use that access only to do the work you hired us for. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, use it to train models, or use it for our own marketing. Ever.
1. Who we are
Scalvo (“Scalvo”, “we”, “us”) is a software development and AI automation agency. We build custom ads systems, workflow automations, AI agents, and Shopify and developer apps for ecommerce marketing agencies and brands. You can learn more at scalvo.ai.
This policy explains what information we handle, why, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, our free resources, and the work we do for clients.
2. Information we handle
Contact information
Details you provide when you book a call, email us, or download a resource — such as name, work email, company, and what you're trying to build.
Client and connected platform data
To deliver a project, you may grant us access to platforms and systems — for example Meta, Google, TikTok or Shopify accounts, API credentials, codebases, or store data. We process this on your behalf and under your instructions, only as needed to build, test, deploy, and support what you hired us for.
Usage and technical data
Standard website logs, device and browser information, and diagnostic data we use to keep the site secure and reliable.
3. How we use data
We use the data described above strictly to:
- Respond to your enquiry and scope, build, and deliver your project;
- Operate, secure, and improve our website and free resources;
- Provide support and maintenance you request;
- Meet legal and compliance obligations.
We do not use your data or your clients' data to:
- Run our own advertising or marketing;
- Build advertising profiles or sell audiences;
- Train machine-learning or AI models;
- Share or disclose it to other clients or third parties for their benefit.
4. We never sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, your project data, or your clients' data. Full stop.
5. Third-party platforms
When we work with Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopify or similar platforms on your behalf, we handle data in line with both your instructions and those platforms' developer and data-use policies. Access we are granted is used solely to deliver and operate your project, and is revoked when it is no longer needed.
6. When we share data
We share data only in limited, necessary cases: with trusted service providers (subprocessors such as hosting, infrastructure, and communication tools) that operate under confidentiality and data-protection obligations; with the platforms you ask us to work with, as needed to fulfil your project; and where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
7. How we protect data
- Encryption in transit (TLS) and, where applicable, at rest;
- Credentials and access tokens stored securely with strict access controls;
- Least-privilege access for our team, granted only when needed to do the work;
- Access revoked at the end of an engagement.
8. Data retention and deletion
We keep data only as long as needed to deliver and support your project or as required by law. You can ask us to revoke our access and delete project data at any time, and we will do so within a reasonable period except where we must retain it to meet legal obligations.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us at support@otomatika.tech.
10. International data transfers
We may process data in countries other than your own. Where we do, we use appropriate safeguards to protect it in line with applicable data-protection laws.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above.
